Michelle Nails & Spa offers nail and spa services by both walk-in and appointment. Appointment requests may be made in person, by phone, or through our website’s contact form or email.
Please note: Appointment requests submitted via the Naomittal™ contact form or by email are not monitored in real-time and are not considered confirmed until you receive a direct response.
We provide a chatbot assistant, Naomi-M1™, on our website to help answer general questions about services, pricing, and hours. Naomi does not process bookings or cancellations. For appointments or urgent inquiries, please contact us by phone or in person.
Appointments may be requested in person, by phone, email, or through our contact form. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by a staff member.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to book future appointments.
We accept major credit cards and cash for services rendered. All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are displayed in-store.
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once the service is completed.
If you experience any issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and offer a solution where appropriate.
Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction based on change of preference after service is performed.

Services are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. By receiving services, you agree to release Michelle Nails & Spa and its staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Michelle Nails & Spa is not responsible for missed appointments or misunderstandings caused by reliance on the chatbot or contact form. Users are encouraged to confirm all appointments by speaking directly with a staff member.
